Photo identification products supplier launches new website to enhance the customer shopping experience

2011-02-16
CHANHASSEN, MN, February 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) ID Zone, a leading supplier of photo identification products, recently launched an all-new website at http://www.IDZone.com. The new website provides a fresh, new look and innovative tools to make shopping online for photo ID products - such as ID card printers, card printer supplies, ID badge accessories, and more - easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

"IDZone.com's new design is streamlined and clean," says Chris Penn, VP of Sales and Marketing at ID Zone. "It features an inviting color palette, larger product imagery, and intuitive navigation for easy browsing. It's a representation of our leadership in the photo identification industry."

In addition to the new design, several new tools and features have been added to ID Zone, including:

• Product Finders
Two new shopping tools are now available. The ID Card Printer Finder helps customers find the best ID card printer for their needs in eight simple steps. The ID Card Printer Supplies Finder makes it easy to locate ribbons, laminates, cleaning kits, and other supplies for specific printer brands and models.

• Product Reviews
To help make informed purchase decisions, customers can now read and write product reviews on IDZone.com. To commemorate this new feature, ID Zone is running a Reviews Promotion; every customer who submits a product review now through April 29, 2011 will receive an entry to win an iPod touch.

• "Narrow Your Results By" Search Feature
Customers can now find the products they need using options to "narrow your search." A variety of options allow customers to quickly drill down to a selection of products that fit specifications (for example, search for products by brand, price, capability, etc).

"The design and features of the new and improved ID Zone were created with the customer in mind," says Penn. "Like many technology products, purchasing ID card printers can be intimidating, especially for those new to ID card printing. Our goal with the new website was to provide an intuitive and efficient shopping experience."
