February 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) The 7 day retreat, called 7 Days + 7 Chakras focuses on integration of mind, body and soul through specialized process created by founder and director Nicholas Pratley. June 20-26, 2011 is the first of a series of transformational retreats offered by Intruessence.com. Participants will be guided through various modalities including yoga, sacred breathwork, reiki, sound/energy healing, chi-gung, chiga , mediation and sacred ceremonies.
Nicholas Pratley has been practicing the healing arts for over 10 years. His Award-Winning classes and private sessions facilitate healing through various energetic, physical, shamanic, kinesiology, meditation and breath-work modalities. His purpose with this retreat and through his healing, is to enable people to see, hear and feel deeply; and thereby empowering and aligning themselves with the recognition that shows there is nothing else to do with our time here except to love and 'en'joy being 'in' joy.
Pratley is also the creator of The Spirathon, a spiritual triathlon that raises money for various non-profit charities throughout the world.
The 7 Days + 7 Chakras retreat will be held at the Present Moment Retreat at Troncones Beach, Mexico. The price of the retreat includes 7 nights in the Eco Luxury Resort, all meals, tours, and a massage. Troncones Beach is nestled between the lush mountains of the Sierra Madre and the sparkling Mexican Riviera, and combines the ambience of nature's grandeur with personally challenging mind-body work, set in harmony on beautifully landscaped tropical grounds.
Troncones Beach is a small, recently-developed community lying on some 3 miles of pristine Pacific beach - a strand of white sand punctuated by occasional rock outcroppings often harboring tidepools teeming with fascinating salt-water life. The little village is home to a small school, a public library donated by generous local residents for education of the village's children, a church, several dry goods outlets, and a few other small provisioning services for essential items. All of these are couched within a traditional and tropical Mexican ambience.
This is not just another yoga and wellness retreat. This is a "spiritual boot camp" where participants will be working out and training the muscles of their spirit. They will unplug from old ways of being and plug into a whole new way. This is a 'transformational' retreat, and Intruessence is committed to their participants discovering new parts of themselves and new ways to live their lives.
