Environmental company is to get makeover from LogoBee

LogoBee offering free logo design to non profit environmental businesses

2010-09-05
MONTREAL, CANADA, September 05, 2010 (Press-News.org) LogoBee is set to give away a free logo design package, including stationery, to an environmental organization as an extension to its makeover scheme. With ever more drastic methods needed to obtain the natural resources this planet has to offer, the environment is of course suffering. That is why we at LogoBee have decided to recognise those organizations which strive to make the world a better place, by offering a free logo makeover to one of those companies which try to keep the planet a pristine environment for future generations to enjoy.

Living in such a visual based culture, and with people being so busy, it has never been so important to have your organization make a good first impression. That is what a good logo provides. Without a good logo, the company is not likely to make a good first impression, and it is highly likely that this unfavourable first impression will also be the last impression your company makes, as most people will simply not look beyond it. That is why a logo is just as important for a non-profit organization concerned with preserving the environment as it is for profit-driven firms.

In the past five years, LogoBee's makeover project has helped thirty one companies with their logo needs, including environmental organizations, International Primate Protection League and the Project AWARE foundation. We feel it is time to support another environmental organization again now, as the tragedy in the Gulf of Mexico with the Deepwater Horizon spill reminds us once again what a delicate environment we live in, and how we must not take it for granted. If our children are to know what beautiful, clean waters look like without having to travel to the middle of the ocean, we are going to need more environmental organizations doing more work to save our environment. We hope that a new logo will at least attract some more attention in that direction for the chosen organization.

Any non-profit environmental organization can enter, for the chance to get a Golden package makeover, worth $425. Submissions must be made by 16th September, and the winner will be revealed on 21st September. Entries can be made here: http://www.logobee.com/contact/contest-premier.htm.
