MILAN, ITALY, February 18, 2011 (Press-News.org) Milan's Galleria Rossana Orlandi is showcasing the work of Nuala Goodman in an installation called Gardens.
The artist hails from Dublin but has been living in the Italian city since 1984.
Visitors can check out her latest work at the venue until March 5th 2011.
Goodman has put together an intriguing collection of customised furniture and fabrics for the Gardens installation.
All of the pieces in the exhibition are in some way related to green spaces, using colours and textures to make the connections.
In addition to her work on unusual fabrics, Goodman is a proficient portrait painter and visitors can expect to see some of her more conventional artwork at the installation.
To reach the Galleria Rossana Orlandi, travellers can take the city's Metro network to Conciliazione or Sant'Ambrogio.
Gardens is available to view from 10:30 to 19:30 local time every day.
Attendees who may be keen to book luxury hotels in Milan can find a wide variety of accommodation on LateRooms.com, including the Hotel Berna Milan, which is a short walk from the city's central train station and Centrale FS Metro station.
More information on the exhibition can be found at http://www.rossanaorlandi.com/ or by calling the venue on +39 02 46 74 47-1.
