During the conference, Merritt received market insight from keynote speakers Steve Forbes, Mary Matalin and James Carville.

Held from January 26-28, 2011, the three-day conference focused on supporting businesses by providing important information on commercial real estate markets and conservative investment strategies. This included discussions on the current markets, as well as long-term opportunities and trends.
