RALEIGH, NC, February 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham, a leading Triangle real estate services firm, announced today that Shane Bull, real estate advisor, recently brokered a 1,226-square-foot space for Vive Pilates + Motion. Bull represented Vive Pilates + Motion owner, Lori Shipp. William Smith of The CENTRE Group Inc. is the landlord and owner.
Shipp contacted Bull through his website (www.shanebull.com) and described herself as a first-time lessee in need of commercial property representation. Bull guided Shipp through the entire leasing process and eventually helped her select a site and negotiate her lease.
"Lori is an expert in her field and had already put a lot of time, energy, and thought into her business plan and how she was going to be successful," explains Bull. "What we needed to do in order to make everything come together was find a location that was convenient for her clients and fit within her budget. We toured several properties throughout the Raleigh area to make sure that her new space met all of her criteria and expectations."
Vive Pilates + Motion is a boutique Pilates studio offering Pilates mat, Pilates apparatus, Yoga and GYROKINESIS (exercises that allow one to work on the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement). Located in Raleigh's popular Five Points neighborhood, it is a community-based, welcoming space for people of all ages. Shipp is a third-generation Pure Classical Pilates instructor with direct training lineage to Joseph and Clara Pilates. She has over 700 hours of intensive training and has completed her comprehensive (mat and apparatus) studies under second-generation master trainers Marianne Adams and Rebecca Quin. Shipp says that she was impressed with Bull's knowledge of the Raleigh market and his ability to find spaces that matched her specifications.
"The first time Shane met with me to discuss potential leasing options, he had already compiled several locations, and we were able to get started right away," says Shipp. "Because I was new to the entire leasing process, it really meant a lot to have Shane taking time out of his busy schedule to drive around with me to look at the different spaces for lease. During the entire process, he kept me in the loop on everything and even followed up with me after the lease signing to make sure everything went well. He really went above the call of duty through the whole process, and I couldn't be more delighted with how everything turned out. Shane truly has the best interest of his clients in mind."
Vive Pilates + Motion is located at 203 E Whitaker Mill Road, Suite 105 in Raleigh. The studio offers private, semi-private, and group instruction by appointment only. Appointment times are Monday through Saturday and can be made by calling (919) 215-5848 or sending an email to lori@vivepilatesraleigh.com.
