FUQUAY-VARINA, NC, September 07, 2010 (Press-News.org) Strafe Gaming will open its doors in early October in the heart of downtown Fuquay-Varina inside the Mitchell Building located at 101 South Main St . Strafe Gaming is an exciting new lounge offering a relaxed yet fun environment to play the latest games and technology on the newest gaming systems. The lounge is perfect for families, teens and adults because of age appropriate hours and the wide range of games, activities and events.
Strafe's main attraction is its numerous video gaming consoles including the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii systems stationed at large screens with comfortable seating ranging from video rocker chairs, sofas and cafe tables and chairs. The rear of the lounge will feature a 100 inch High-Definition projector and sitting area which is perfect for some "in your face" game play, Rock Band, friendly tournaments and movies. At Strafe, players can enjoy hundreds of video game choices, watch other game players or just hang out with their favorite refreshments. The Strafe experience isn't limited to individual walk-in game play; group discounts, tournaments, private parties, lock-ins, contests , board games, movies, Wi-Fi and internet surfing are all part of the fun.
During the entire weekend of October 2nd and 3rd grand opening promotions will include free general admission, half priced gaming sessions, contests, giveaways, a free raffle and more.
