In the New Home category, Abstract Developments is nominated for its single detached home over 2,200 square foot for "The Montebello - Edgecliffe Estate" project. Abstract Developments is also nominated for two marketing awards: Best Print Ad and Best Web site.

"Some builders try to save a dollar to make a dollar, where as I will spend a dollar to earn a profit. Buyers are very educated now. You might as well give them the best design and value," said Mike Miller, President.
