The new alliance will offer temporary clerical and administrative positions to applicants who have little to no work history. The applicants will undergo the new training program implemented by Jinan Qutub at Qutub Personnel. "Our new training program will equip applicants with the general knowledge needed to succeed in an entry level position. This coupled with the on the job training offered by Garza Engineering, will be an invaluable asset for people trying to turn their lives around," said Jinan Qutub in a phone interview.
The new program designed by Qutub is constantly evolving, and is gearing up to be a great resource for applicants who have little to no job experience. Qutub plans to set alliances with firms nationwide, and offer a series of training circuits to give job-seekers the training they require to enter the workplace.
