Garden Island Chocolate is dedicated to propagating cacao trees, sharing permaculture techniques and processing expertise to any farmer who desires to grow Theobroma Cacao. Our primary endeavor is not only growing and producing superior quality chocolate, but  is providing a secure food source to the people of Kauai, helping to create a strong independent self-sustainable island.
