Rigid Global Buildings Announces Promotions and Changes in Top Management

Rigid Global Buildings appoints new Chief Operating Officer, Executive VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Sales for its international line of steel buildings.

HOUSTON, TX, March 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Rigid Global Buildings is pleased to announce that Bowen Lo MBA, has been appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer, Steve Olson has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Ron Fletcher has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales. All three promotions are based on outstanding achievement in the steel buildings industry.

Mr. Lo was the driving force behind the new partnership between Rigid Building Systems and JinHuan Steel. With his knowledge of the steel buildings industry, international business, sales, marketing, and finance, Bowen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Rigid team.
Bowen holds a BA in International Trade from the Fu Jen University in Taiwan and an MBA from the University of Houston. He has represented organization internationally and regionally. He is fluent in Chinese, English, and Mandarin.

Bowen will be essential as Rigid Global Buildings continues to expand their reach to the international market. In addition to his position as COO, Bowen will also be one of the 3 members of the Executive Management Team.

In the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Steve Olson will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the steel buildings sales team, Rigid's advertising and marketing programs and the Authorized Builder program. Olson joined the Rigid team over 13 years ago and brings a wide range of industry experience and innovative initiatives to this position. His excellence in sales and leadership has been proven over the years as Rigid saw a steady increase in overall sales and market saturation. While his primary focus will be on the domestic market, Steve will be on the forefront of their global reach as Rigid transitions into an international company.

In the position of Vice President of Sales, Ron Fletcher will be responsible for the management, direction and development of Rigid's outside district sales managers for the North American market. Fletcher brings over 50 years of industry experience to the Rigid team. Working in scheduling, production control, sales and then management, Fletcher has worked his way through the ranks within the steel buildings industry. As Rigid Global Buildings continues its rise from the recession, Fletcher will be leading both the sales team and Rigid to success.
