Designer Fitness Launches Rebranding and Introduces ME System

SARASOTA, FL, March 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) Designer Fitness, owned by Darla O'Brien, recently completed an extensive rebranding project. The outcomes include an updated website (www.designerfitness.com), new graphic images, the "Darla says..." blog, and an e-newsletter.

The rebranding project introduces the launch of the ME System, a unique approach to engaging mind and body to achieve extraordinary balance and fitness that was created by O'Brien based on over 25 years' experience in personal fitness training. It provides an individual and dynamic plan for each client, based on his or her unique physical condition and personal goals.

Designer Fitness clients include professional athletes, physicians, celebrities and fellow trainers. O'Brien was nominated for the prestigious "2009 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year" award, and her work is gaining international recognition.

O'Brien will be the featured speaker at the American Business Women's Association - Sunrise Chapter breakfast meeting on March 9 at the Sarasota Yacht Club. That evening, from 5:30 - 7 p.m., she will be on a panel of healthcare practitioners presenting at the International Barter Exchange Health & Wellness Member Mixer.
