Reed Learning Joins Forces with the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) to Offer Accredited Programmes & Membership for L&D Professionals

The ASTD Certification Institute's Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP ) certification is a qualification that offers L&D professionals an internationally-recognised benchmark of competence in 9 areas of expertise.

LONDON, ENGLAND, March 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) Reed Learning, one of the UK's largest providers of corporate training & personal development, has been chosen by the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) as the international partner to manage their membership and qualifications in the UK and help promote their mission to empower professionals to develop knowledge and skills successfully.

The ASTD Certification Institute's Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification is a qualification that offers L&D professionals an internationally-recognised benchmark of competence in 9 areas of expertise. What's more, a range of ASTD programmes are in the process of being mapped to the Qualifications & Credit Framework to offer an independently accredited training programme for L&D professionals at QCF Level 5 for the first time.
