EH's Rock It Grabs Fans and Listeners

Redefining notions of traditional music and band structure is the latest monster of rock, EH.

2011-03-04
HOLLYWOOD, CA, March 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) Redefining notions of traditional music and band structure is the latest monster of rock, EH. While the rest of the world is preoccupied with recycled pop tunes and monotonous rock and roll reincarnations, this Baltimore behemoth is hoisting the weight of the world on his shoulders while creating some of the most inspired rock pieces in recent memory. Responsible for all of the music, production, and arrangements, EH is taking his solo project to the next level with his debut record, Rock It.

As a lifelong musician, Eric slowly began to master guitar and bass at a young age, rendering him a true rock and roll chameleon. With a gritty metal edge and plenty of classic influences, Rock It combines the tendencies of bands such as Heart with the bleak, dark heaviness of Black Sabbath. Grinding distortion, thunderous double bass drumming, and burly bass lines are all cemented together in near genius fashion for each song, as EH lays down searing guitar solos on top of the already solid foundation.

The final piece of the puzzle came in the form of Shawna Potter, another Baltimore native and legitimate veteran of the local music scene. Formerly of Fair Verona, and currently handling vocal and guitar duties for Avec, the siren's guest vocals are at the forefront throughout Rock It, as she adds a completely new dimension to EH's record. Powerful, yet sultry singing elevates songs such as "Power Force" to soaring heights, where the brilliant arrangements and pumping guitar riffs can realize their maximum potential.

Rock It is just the first stepping stone for EH, as ideas for a second album and a full tour are already unfolding. Stacks of material are locked away inside this musician's vast mind, allowing him to produce a catalog deeper and more extensive than many could even dream of. Plans to take his show on the road are formulating as well, and will see a full lineup playing tracks from Rock It and beyond, sure to thrill and amaze audiences from coast to coast.

Look for the album at digital outlets such as CD Baby now, and visit EH's official MySpace and Jango pages for song samples and much more. "Power Force" is already burning up the Jango radio charts, as fans keep coming back for another taste of true rock and roll fury. This is your chance to experience a rare, true rock phenomenon, so don't allow yourself to be left in the dust.
