LONDON, ENGLAND, March 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Minter Dial, President and Founder of The Myndset Company, co-wrote the seminar white paper, "The Brand University," with his ex-colleague from L'Oreal, Eric Mellet. First published by BrandChannel (October 2010). With the rapidly changing business landscape, impacted by the digital revolution as well as new consumer and employee habits and demands, brands need to transform themselves to face the new reality. This white paper analyzes some of the significant changes and poses questions about the implications for management and the organizations, more broadly. In this paper Dial and Mellet argue that, more than ever before, companies need to evolve into Learning Organizations. A company-wide Brand University -- at the intersection between acquiring traditional skills & knowledge while learning new ways to collaborate and coexist -- can offer a compelling way to accompany such a change.

The Brand University paper has been viewed over a thousand times and has been reproduced or cited by over 15 sources around the world, including The Branding Gavel (Nigeria), the Hispanic CMO (USA), EzineMark (USA), Masso (Vietnam), Olivier Riviere (Germany) and the Global Council of Corporate Universities (France).
