SAN ANTONIO, TX, March 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Papouli's Greek Grill Restaurants recently named Anthony Fafoutakis as its Operating Leader at Papouli's Alamo Quarry and Angel Salas as Restaurant Leader at the same location.

"I strive to make sure all of my employees can emerge from our rigorous leadership training program not only as better employees, but better people," said Nick Anthony, "Anthony and Angel are assets to the Papouli's family. We look forward to watching them grow and become even more successful while they are with us."

Their new positions have given them added duties. Anthony will be responsible for overseeing all internal operations. Angel will be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff.
