ROME, ITALY, March 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Rome's MAXXI arts space is displaying an exhibition called The Architecture You Like, which aims to prompt opinions from the public.
It is on show until April 10th 2011 and includes 18 architectural projects carried out over the past decade.
Organisers Gizmo Group want to provoke criticism and interaction, so they have created a wall for more images to be added to The Architecture You Like.
People can choose from an extensive list of pictures compiled by the curators, or download photographs from other sources and add a note explaining why they are impressed by a building.
The only restriction is that the structure must have been constructed in the past ten years.
Admission to the MAXXI costs EUR11 (GBP9.35), with the ticket allowing access to various other exhibitions at the venue.
The museum is open from 11:00 local time from Tuesday to Sunday, closing at 19:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. It shuts at 22:00 on Thursday and Saturday.
A huge variety of 5 star hotels in Rome are available on LateRooms.com. If art enthusiasts opt to stay in the city, they can browse through options such as the Sheraton Roma Rome.
Visitors who require more information about the exhibition should check http://www.fondazionemaxxi.it/en or call the venue on +39 06 3996 7350.
