BILBAO, SPAIN, March 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Bilbao will welcome Asian Dub Foundation this month for a gig that could feature fresh material from the group.
With a new album, A History of Now, released in February, there is every chance they will play tracks from the record at the show.
The collective will take the stage at Sala Rock Star on March 31st.
Asian Dub Foundation formed in 1993 and have made several albums over the years, but had not released anything since 2008's Punkara before their latest effort.
The group play a mixture of dub and rapcore, with their live shows acclaimed for their energy and punk rock attitude.
A variety of performers form part of the band including Pandit G, Cyber, Aktarv8r and Chandrasonic.
They are widely respected for their conscientious lyrics and projects they have been involved in, with Pandit G offered an MBE - which he declined - in 2002.
Doors open at 20:00 local time, with tickets costing EUR19 (GBP16.30) in advance and EUR24 at the box office on the night.
