Lashologist Council of America Opens Nominations to Lashologist Bright 50 List of Exceptional Eyelash Professionals

The annual list features the fifty best of the best Lashologists nationwide. Winners will be announced at the council's annual conference LASH2011 in Boca Raton later this year.
