In his new role Dan will be responsible for HandySoft's Consulting, Implementation and Talent Development initiatives.
In 2010, Dan's consulting and implementation teams completed more than 70 successful customer projects, receiving multiple IT industry awards for exceptional performance and demonstration of BPM best practices. In April 2011, under Dan's leadership, HandySoft will open a multi-million dollar talent development facility and launch a development initiative greatly expanding its customer-facing capabilities.

Dan first joined HandySoft in 2003 as Sales Engineer. Since then, Dan has been promoted several times within the company, serving as Director of Sales Engineering and most recently as Director of Professional Services. Prior to HandySoft, Dan held a variety of technical positions at organizations, including Docucorp International and a Customer Communication Management (CCM) company. Dan also served with the U.S. Air Force. Dan left active duty in 2001 and continues to provide crisis management support to the Secretary of Defense Communications Division as a reservist.
