BOCA RATON, FL, March 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) The developer of One Thousand Ocean recently hosted a lunch and cocktail reception in the largest of the condominium building's four penthouses. The 8,770 square feet of interior space plus 4,417 square feet of terraces provided a unique venue for guests to dine and admire extraordinary ocean, Boca Raton Inlet, lake and city views.
"We were delighted to welcome the celebrated Unser family along with many of the leading supporters of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County during the weekend's fifth annual Boca Raton Concours d'Elegance," said Jamie Telchin, LXR Luxury Resorts' president of development. "The event, which attracts thousands of car enthusiasts each year to the Boca Raton Resort & Club, raises funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs and, in turn, presents opportunities for at-risk children that they ordinarily would not have. This is a very worthy cause."
Concours d'Elegance Founders and Producers Rick and Rita Case, as well as Jamie McDonnell, this year's event chairman, were among the esteemed guests at One Thousand Ocean. During lunch prepared by the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Rick Case acknowledged One Thousand Ocean's generosity for hosting the event.
Many of the visitors spent time on the sprawling ocean terrace where they relaxed and watched mega yachts entering the ocean from the inlet below. A number of guests also expressed interest in seeing the building's two furnished models and were taken on tours.
Located adjacent to the Boca Raton Resort's Boca Beach Club on a private peninsula surrounded by water on three sides, One Thousand Ocean offers ultra-luxurious Residences, Beach Villas and Penthouses priced from approximately $3 million to $15 million.
