LOS ANGELES, CA, March 11, 2011 (Press-News.org) They searched for their first home more than three years ago, exploring choices in the Ventura County area that included new homes and resale possibilities. Then Shannon and Mark Dobbs chose Pardee Homes' Cherry Hill, finding the decision a simple one.

Mark, Senior Investment Consultant for Multifamily Brokerage, reports that he and Shannon are happy to have all the kids in the upstairs bedrooms, close to their play space and their parents.

"Hayden is 3 now and Harlow is 4," he said. "It's not time yet to move either one of them to the downstairs bedroom and bath, that's for sure!"
