RALEIGH, NC, March 12, 2011 (Press-News.org) Hick's Landscape Contractors, an innovative landscaping contractor of the Triangle, is proud to announce their $10,000 Yard Makeover Contest. One lucky yard located in Wake County, North Carolina will receive a $10,000 ultimate yard makeover. The contest is designed for those residents of the Triangle area with the ugliest, dirtiest, and most unkempt yards one has ever seen.
Hick's Landscaping will be accepting nominations for these horrendous yards until March 25th for their $10,000 Yard Makeover Contest. On March 26th, Hick's will choose their top 5 most deserving, ugly yards and their loyal Facebook fans will then vote from these yards which one they think needs the most help.
On April 1st, the yard that the Facebook fans vote for will be announced, and on April 11th, the winner will receive a $10,000 Yard Makeover from the landscaping professionals of Hicks Landscaping, transforming their lawn from a disaster area to the envy of the neighborhood.
When asked about the $10,000 Yard Makeover Contest, Hicks Landscape Contractors owner Scott Hicks remarked, "We're excited to have the opportunity to offer a well-deserving homeowner the yard of their dreams. We would like to thank all of our local sponsors for providing the resources to make this first-ever contest possible."
Hicks Landscape Contractors will perform the makeover using donated supplies from various vendors as well as additional products that will be purchased to complete the makeover. For more information, please visit http://www.hickslandscape.com/10k-lawn-makeover/ for official contest rules.
