OC Spinal Decompression Offers Tips and Techniques for Back Pain

The first tip comes from the ACA and it involves the stress that many people feel during the holiday. The ACA also recommends that people treat travel like an athletic event. That means warming up before getting into a vehicle or plane and it means cooling down once the destination is reached. When people are seated, they should occasionally shift their position to help avoid leg cramps.
