MEMPHIS, TN, March 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) MemphisInvest.com came to South Florida on Saturday March 12th with one goal in mind. Meet with a small group of qualified real estate investors and introduce them to remarkable opportunities available to investors in Memphis, Tennessee. They accomplished their goal and 6 of those investors purchased 11 investment properties in Memphis and started down the road of owning cash flow producing real estate.

MemphisInvest.com has been touring the country since October of 2010, holding meetings in different cities each month offering small groups of investors a chance to meet the owners and learn about passively investing in a strong long-term buy and hold investment market like Memphis, TN. Those 17 buying units purchased all 11 investment properties that MemphisInvest.com brought with them to South Florida. Four other investors scheduled trips into Memphis to meet with the Memphis Invest team on the ground in the coming weeks and purchase investment properties at that time.
