Colleen Bracci and Mark Warth have been serving the needs of real estate investors in the Rochester area and around the world for years. The Bracci Investment Team (B.I.T.) specializes in investment real estate in the western NY area with an emphasis on the Rochester, NY area.

"Initially Colleen and Mark came to me for help on their website," says Design Chef, Becky Olsen, "It wasn't performing well and the design was suffering from what I like to call "over population". Basically it was so crowded with graphics and information it was very difficult to read. Colleen and Mark had done as well as they could on their own up to that point but realized that they needed help to bring their site to the next level."

"Our site was lacking visual appeal for sure." says Colleen. "But the back end of the site needed to be revamped too. We wanted an easy to use editor that we could administer ourselves so that adding new listings and categorizing information would be easy. We also wanted to be able to gather information on who was visiting our site and be able to reach out to those leads."
