SAN DIEGO, CA, March 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) R&H Railway not only cover railway engineering, they also provide specialist technologically advanced supply chain solutions

Managing Director Dutliff Bredenkamp believes that R&H is able to provide a complete rail logistics service to the industry based on its broad business approach and highly skilled staff compliment.

"R&H not only offers an engineering service, but prides itself on providing a rail logistics solution. We have a holistic commercial and engineering approach and this is possible by employing technically advanced people from various disciplines within the industry," says Bredenkamp.

The disciplines within the industry that R&H Group is actively involved in are civil, overhead track equipment (OHTE), signalling and telecoms, mechanical and rolling stock, maintenance and planning management, project management and cost engineering, logistics and operations management, training, and rail safety.

In 2005, TSD indentified the need to educate railway drivers as trains are expensive assets, both capital investment and operating costs, which require highly skilled and qualified operators to leverage its potential. In order to recreate real-life situations, R&H along with TSD developed and procured a simulator on which train drivers are trained.
