MADRID, SPAIN, March 18, 2011 (Press-News.org) NH Hotels, the Spanish hotel company leader, and AMResorts, the North American hotel company, have signed a strategic agreement to develop a new formula of collaboration which will join together their commercialisation activities, brand management and hotel management.
The pilot plan for this alliance will be implemented in two NH hotels in Dominican Republic, both located in Bavaro Beach (Punta Cana). From the 1st of May, the NH Royal Beach and NH Real Arena will be operated by NH, but under AMResorts' luxury brands Secrets Resorts & Spas and Now Resorts & Spas. AMResorts will be responsible for providing these properties with sales, marketing and brand management services.
Starting in May, guests at the hotels in Bavaro Beach will be able to enjoy the benefits of Secrets and Now Resorts & Spas with their signature vacation concept Unlimited-Luxury, providing access to lavish accommodation, gourmet a la carte dining, premium brands, 24-hour room and concierge services, daytime activities, live evening entertainment and much more.
After signing the agreement, Alex Zozaya, president and CEO of AMResorts, stated: "We are proud of this strategic alliance with NH Hotels, leader in the hotel industry in Europe, this allows us to maximize on the commercial and management synergies between both companies."
