Managing Director (MD) Mohamed Hussein Versi says that CSI's high quality projects and meticulous operations are what defines the company and separates it from others in the industry.
"We believe that our attention to detail and quality, with use of high class finishing materials (mostly imported) has given us a clear lead from our competitors; however unfortunately attached to this reputation is also the belief that we are an 'expensive' contractor," says Versi.
Even though the economic downturn meant the amount of work decreased, CSI is fortunate to have modest senior personnel with realistic goals for the company.
"Unlike multinational and publicly owned companies, the directors are not pressing for incessant growth year on year and are content to ride the tide," says Versi.
