SCRANTON, PA, March 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Scranton, Pa. lawyer Michael J. Kowalski has been elected an officer of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (NEPaTLA), an association encompassing 12 counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania and the trial lawyers who serve the region. A shareholder with the Pennsylvania law firm of Scartelli, Distasio & Kowalski, P.C., Kowalski has served on the NEPaTLA Board of Directors since 1998.
