ANAHEIM, CA, March 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) 7 Day Dental Anaheim, which was named because the office is open 7 days per week/365 days per year, recently hosted 'Dentists Pulling from the Heart', an event that was originally created to help serve a growing population of residents who cannot afford regular dental procedures. The February 13, 2011 event oversaw the treatment of 302 patients while raising awareness for the need for better dental care.
According to 7 Day Dental Anaheim, the event was the practice's gift to the community. The practice wants to assist those who cannot afford regular treatments and who continuously forgo proper dental care until oral health deteriorates. According to Dr. Chuck Le, the Anaheim sedation dentist of 7 Day Dental Anaheim, "We performed a little work to alleviate a lot of pain."
According to Le, every year, 7 Day Dental Anaheim continues to advance its mission of providing dental health care to as many individuals as possible, regardless of whether those patients have the money to pay or not. By engaging in events like Dentists Pulling from the Heart Day, the Le anticipates changing lives for the better and the Anaheim dentist also hopes that more dentists' offices join in the efforts.
Dr. Le says he looks forward to next year's event as Dentists Pulling from the Heart Day was a resounding success. The next event has yet to be announced but Dr. Le states that it will be released as soon as it is known.
