It is also expected to reach Oklahoma City. Four to eight inches of rain are a possibility in the southern Texas and northeast Mexico regions. Some regions may even receive up to twelve inches of rain. As a result, flooding will be a major concern for people living in Corpus Christi to San Antonio and Austin Texas.
