ADDISON, TX, March 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Information Management Services (IMS), a division of Southwest Solutions Group, announced today that it was awarded a GSA contract by the Veteran's Benefits Administration (VBA) to provide Personal Identifiable Information (PII) File Conversion and File Relocation services. The VBA, along with multiple other government agencies, will be relocating to a new facility. The new facility will include one central file location with new a Spacesaver high-density storage shelving system. Additionally, IMS will assist the VBA by standardizing the indexing of records to mirror that of other VBA offices around the country.
