ST. CHARLES, MO, March 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Bridgeway Behavioral Health Foundation will host its third annual Trivia Night fundraising event at 6:30 p.m. on April 2, 2011to raise money to support their domestic violence and sexual assault programs. Trivia Night will occur in the David Dyer Center of the St. Charles Borromeo Church at 601 N. 4th Street.
In 2010, Bridgeway housed 79 women and 73 children for more than 3,000 bed nights in two emergency shelters in St. Charles and Lincoln Counties. However, more staggering than these numbers are those of the families that were not able to receive shelter, 274 women and 570 children had to be turned away due to lack of room.
"We do our best to find shelter for those we cannot accommodate, but with the rising numbers of victims, the shelters in surrounding areas are at capacity as well," says Jody Blanton, a member of the Bridgeway Board. "Events like Trivia Night help to raise funds which allow us to continue to provide free services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault."
The event will feature trivia, prizes and auctions. The cost is $160 per team of eight. Those wishing to register may contact Ashly Curry at 636 916-3550 or acurry@bridgewaybh.com. Additional details on the event are available on the Bridgeway website at http://www.bridgewaybh.com.

Though AT&T representatives claim the cap will affect only a small percentage of users, many have cried out against the changes.
"This is exactly the sort of measure we at Pop VoIP try to avoid. We believe we have a good grasp on what our customers want, and it doesn't include limiting what they're able to do ...
