The award-winning British band, named after lead vocalist Sade Adu, will return to the Czech capital for the first time in many years on Saturday May 14th.

Having ended a prolonged hiatus with last year's critically acclaimed new album Soldier of Love, the group are heading back out on the road for a series of shows across Europe.

Fans of Sade, who have built up a devoted base of followers since the release of their debut LP Diamond Life in 1984, are sure to be out in force for the concert in Prague.

Soldier of Love was nominated for two Grammy Awards last year and songs from the album are likely to feature heavily in the set.

However, the group have an extremely rich back catalogue to choose tracks from, including 1988's Stronger than Pride and their 2000 record Lovers Rock.

Tickets for the performance are now available online, priced between 1,680 Czech koruna and 2,450 Czech koruna (GBP60 and GBP88.10). The music is due to begin at 20:00 local time.
