Edison Orange Juices Noise Pop

A band named after a scientist - what would you get? An eclectic bunch of talented musicians with music they call noise pop. Hear Edison Orange loud and clear with the release of their digital album.

2011-04-03
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA, April 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Seattle, Washington band Edison Orange named their band as such in honor of Thomas Edison, the inventor of the phonograph and basically responsible on how we record music today. Mr. Edison also had a penchant for crafted noise pop.

And that's what Edison Orange is all about: a group of eclectic, collaborative individuals who love to create noise pop that they prolifetate through the streets of post-grunge-identity-crisis Seattle. Edison Orange caters to the 'hipstnerds' (like themselves) who loves melding guitars, organs, megaphones, and tambourines! The band is: Dominic Terrence Overman, Andrea Koval, Tristan Beedon, and Jason M Key. Plus with influences such as The Pixies, 90s Brit Pop (the good kind, anyway), and danceable Indie Rock - Edison Orange is noise pop with bite.

Edison Orange's self-titled album is available in iTunes, distributed by JMD Records and INgrooves (a partner of Universal Music Group.)
