BOCA RATON, FL, April 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) In an effort to reach out to even more business and families that are facing foreclosure, The Rigley Group is offering free negotiation services to all new customers who are looking to avoid foreclosures on their business or residential properties. The Rigley Group has an "A" Rating from the Better Business Bureau, a testament to their outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
In addition to the free negotiation services, The Rigley Group offers a 100% money back guarantee on their forensic loan audits. Financing options are available to pay for the services rendered. If a particular mortgage audit requires litigation, Loan Reduction Hero has a legal network available, ensuring that customers will be properly represented in the court system.
"With so many loan modification companies out there turning out to be a ripoff or scam, The Rigley Group has stood out above the rest" said Darrell Rigley, President of The Rigley Group. "We have helped hundreds of families keep their homes and salvage their credit throughout the years and our reputation is sparkling."
Each and every loan audit is analyzed by a professional. The Rigley Group does not use software or any other automated programs to analyze a loan. A professional will scour the loan documents for inconsistencies, and provide a full report back to the customer. From there, the customer can decide whether to proceed with requesting a new mortgage note or not.

Potential customers can learn more about the services offered by the Rigley Group, read reviews from satisfied customers, and request more information or an instant cash offer from one of the professionals at The Rigley Group.
