RaNae Alcorn is joining the Implementation Specialist team. RaNae will be completing her Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Cloud State University this spring. She has previous experience in business logistics and point of sale analyzing. RaNae also has work experience in the FDA regulated environment.

"RaNae's FDA background, along with her educational experience in administration and accounting, will add significant value to our client services."

Cassie Kampa is joining the Client Support team. Cassie has experience as a customer service manager meeting customer demands such as order deadlines, troubleshooting, and issuing credits. In addition, she has trained customers in using online systems.
