Folsom's Superwomen Boot Camp Adds 4pm Class

FOLSOM, CA, April 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Folsom fitness expert and owner of Superwomen Boot Camp, Val Fujii is proud to announce that he has added a 4pm class to the Folsom Superwomen Boot Camp lineup.

This new time periods works great for moms who want to finish their workouts before dinner time and for high school students who want to work out before hitting their homework. "It's really been nice to have the addition of our high school students to the Superwomen mix," says Fujii. "Their energy and enthusiasm is infectious." Exercising has become fun for Folsom High School junior Mallory Gelineau: "I never thought exercising was fun until now. I'm getting an amazing workout, but I'm having a blast doing it."

According to Fujii, Superwomen Boot Camp is not your typical 'hard core' boot camp - no one is going to yell face or intimidate. It is a positive, empowering program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. The training philosophy involves the use of multiple functional movements done in a circuit-training format for maximum fat loss and muscle toning. Only the most effective exercises are done, which is why participants see significantly faster and better results in only three weekly workouts. And no workout is ever the same, so no one gets bored. In addition to obtaining fabulous results, participants have fun and receive the support of other women that are looking to achieve the same goals and level of fitness as you.

The cost for Superwomen Boot Camp is only $99 per month and includes a nutritional plan for a complete health and fitness plan. "I've tried to make Superwomen Boot Camp accessible to all women. Morning classes are held at 6am and 7am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Afternoon classes at held at 4pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
