DALLAS, TX, September 10, 2010 (Press-News.org) Paciugo Gelato & Caffè is inviting customers on a sweet travel journey that offers big rewards and freebies.
Starting Labor Day weekend, Paciugoites can stop by any participating Paciugo Gelato & Caffè nationwide to fill-out an in-store "Pledge" to become a Good Citizen of Paciugo and receive a Paciugo Passaporto stamp booklet that mimics a real-life travel passport. The Paciugo Passaporto contains 12 sweet tasks that customers perform in order to receive a stamp. These include ordering in Italian, giving the cashier a high-five, wearing mismatched socks and even "busting a move" while waiting in line. Once customers collect all 12 stamps, they receive a Free Medio Paciugo Pack, which contains four flavors of gelato and serves up to 10.
"Our Paciugo Passaporto customer loyalty program is as delightful and carefree as experiencing our authentic Italian gelato," said Cristiana Ginatta, co-founder of Paciugo Gelato & Caffè. "The Passaporto is designed to create a tasty travel experience that encourages customers to break out of their shell to explore new Paciugo offerings like Affogato and Frizzante and to also have great fun in our stores. This program rewards the personalities and interaction of our loyal customers with our gelatai, which create memories for all."
The Passaporto program launches as Paciugo Gelato & Caffè celebrates its 10th Anniversary. Cristiana, along with her husband Ugo and son Vincenzo, moved from their hometown of Torino, Italy to Dallas, Texas to pursue their entrepreneurial dream of opening an authentic Italian gelateria in America.
