Cancun Development Pioneer To Speak At Timeshare and Fractional Networking Expo GNEX 2011

Orlando Arroyo, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Sunset World Resorts, will address delegates during Perspective Magazine's timeshare and fractional ownership industry networking event.

NORTHUMBERLAND, ENGLAND, April 08, 2011

Timeshare and fractional industry independent multi-media information leader Perspective Magazine announces that Orlando Arroyo, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Sunset World Resorts, will provide insights from his distinguished career in resort development at the Global Networking Expo, GNEX 2011.

As one of Cancún's founding personalities, Mr. Arroyo's wealth of experience will be invaluable for developers and resort managers looking for advice on how to succeed in the current economic climate.

"It is an honor to speak at GNEX and to interact with fellow leaders to discuss the evolution and future innovation in our industry," said Mr. Arroyo.

Mr. Arroyo was appointed by the Promotion Trust Fund of the Bank of Mexico (INFRATUR) and was actively involved in the planning and construction of Cancún throughout the early 1970's. From 1983 to 1985 he was appointed as General Manager of Cancún within the National Fund for the Development of Tourism (FONATUR), administering the continued development and construction of Cancún.

In 1988 he established a partnership with four collaborators, and together they ventured into timeshare development and membership-based vacation products, building their first hotel, Sunset Royal. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Arroyo, Sunset World has grown from that one hotel into three other resorts, with more on the way, and a vast collection of vacation service companies.

Mr. Arroyo will be addressing delegates during the "Diverse Portfolios & Products" session on Day One of the expo, which will be held May 11-12, 2011 at the spectacular Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas.

An action-packed agenda will feature interactive workshops throughout the two-day event as leaders gather to network and conduct business in specially-designated meeting areas. A welcome reception, exhibitor hall and new sessions designed to improve industry best practices are key features of the event.

At the Perspective Magazine Awards Gala dinner, winners will be announced from more than 150 nominees from five continents in a wide variety of categories such as Best Resort Development and Best Innovation Award.
