Papouli's Greek Grill is Ready to Fiesta

New Fiesta-themed addition to menu is spicing things up

SAN ANTONIO, TX, April 09, 2011

Papouli's Greek Grill is giving San Antonio residents another reason to celebrate Fiesta: the Fiesta Fire Gyro Sandwich. While Fiesta has been a long-time favorite of San Antonio residents, Papouli's owner Nick Anthony is putting a Greek twist on the annual festival. "Fiesta is a celebration of all that is San Antonio. As a San Antonio resident and business owner, I am thrilled to help get our team and our guests into the Fiesta spirit with the addition of the bold Fiesta Fire Gyro Sandwich."

The Fiesta Fire Gyro fuses spicy, Fiesta-themed ingredients into a traditional Greek recipe. Papouli's starts with a warm pita, then adds its signature Jalapeno Fire Hummus, and a choice of meat (gyro, steak, or chicken), lettuce, tomato and onions. The dish is served with seasoned, hand-cut Greektown Fries. The limited time offer is only $6.29 plus tax.

The Fiesta Fire Gyro Sandwich offer is available all day, from April 7-18 at any Papouli's location. For history, locations and menu items, visit http://www.papoulis.com.
