Terra Restaurant & Bar Signs New Lease on San Diego's El Cajon Blvd.

SAN DIEGO, CA, April 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, announced the facilitation of a new lease for Terra Restaurant & Bar, an American Bistro residing in San Diego's Hillcrest region for the past 13 years.

Location Matters helped Chef Jeff Rossman and his parents to acquire the new restaurant space at 7091 El Cajon Blvd, in the East College District.

Replacing the former Leonardo's Italian Kitchen, the new Terra Restaurant & Bar will have 3,325 sq. ft. of restaurant space, leased for 10 years at $464,170.

Michael DiNorscia, Co-Founder of Location Matters Restaurant & Retail Brokerage, represented the lessee and the lessor in the transaction.
