WACO, TX, April 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) From folding napkins as a child at his parent's restaurant in Vietnam to opening his own Vietnamese restaurant in Waco. Paul Tran and family have much to offer the central Texas community. Variety is the spice of life, and Paul offers a variety of dishes that's ranges from his grandfather's secret recipes to new twist on classics.
Pho Cafe Saigon offers healthy meals with fresh ingredients for a very affordable price. "Two of the Vietnam's most acclaimed dishes are Bo Kho and Banh Mi taking the influence of French colonialism and making it uniquely our own." Said Tran.
We asked him about his traditional Pho soup and Paul responded that he considered his father the "master of pho"; we interjected that he may be the King of Pho. It's not uncommon to see a big celebrity popping in for his usual order of stuffed chicken wings. "It's great to have a celebrity come in, but what makes me most happy is to a table full of happy noisy college students come to a hush as we bring out bowls of piping hot Pho." says Paul.
"Our specialty chicken wings are stuffed with pork and deep fried to a golden brown. Most restaurants don't offer this specialty dish due to the amount of labor it takes to produce the dish." said Paul Tran
China Spring is the home of the Cougars and around 5000 residents. Paul encourages everyone to expand their taste and try Vietnamese cuisine. We at Wacomarketing.com always encourage supporting your local small businesses by shopping local.
