LONDON, ENGLAND, April 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) It is not long until the Grand Designs Live show will be set up at London's Excel facility.
The event runs from April 30th until May 8th 2011 and features all sorts of hints and tips for turning a house into a dream home.
It follows the concept from the television programme Grand Designs, which explores elaborate and unusual construction projects.
The show will be particularly useful for people currently renovating a house, but it is equally fascinating for anyone with an interest in home-building and decorating.
Anticipated highlights of the event are the As Seen On TV section and the Garden Design Studio, as well as several stands manned by property experts from different companies.
Admission is priced at between GBP11 and GBP18. If people are travelling to the venue by rail, they should take the Docklands Light Railway to Custom House or Prince Regent.
The exhibition is open from 10:00 to 18:00 BST daily, except for the final day when it closes at 17:00.
Hotels-London.co.uk offers visitors to the show a wide range of accommodation in the city, including Kensington hotels such as the Rydges Kensington Plaza Hotel London and the K West Hotel London.
