Da Bruno Marbella Restaurants Group Supports Third Congress On Climate Change And Wine In Marbella

Kofi Annan lectured on Environment and Sustainable Development at the Third Congress on Climate Change and Wine in Marbella, 13th and 14th April 2011, which was supported proudly by the Da Bruno Marbella Restaurants Group.

MALAGA, SPAIN, April 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Third Congress on Climate Change and Wine aims to continue to raise awareness among businesses of the importance they play in the fight against climate change. In this regard, Da Bruno Marbella Restaurants, as a company, is very concerned about the environment so has wanted to join this big event and collaborate in this cause. It has been organised by Pancho Campo MW, president of The Wine Academy of Spain.

The founder of Da Bruno Italian Restaurants Marbella, Bruno Filippone described this initiative as "a great event for the city" and states that "companies need to learn and care for the natural environment in which they operate."

This congress will be attended by important personalities of the wine world, but certainly arouse great excitement the former United Nations Secretary General and Nobel Peace Prize, Kofi Annan, who delivers the conference 'The Global Compact: a challenge business world to become leaders in sustainable development 'and on April 13 from 17: 30 hours.

Climate change and viticulture, as well as climate change and wine or sparkling wines are some of the themes that will be discussed. To address these and other relevant subjects, a dozen internationally renowned experts, among them Nicolas Joly and Claude Bourguignon, senior officials in the sector, have already confirmed their attendance. Together the conference program will also enable an exhibition area with the participation of 92 wineries in 30 wine regions from 10 countries.
