IRVING, TX, September 12, 2010 (Press-News.org) Author and Business Consultant, Abraham Robinson, has a career of more than 20 years in Human Resources Management and Performance Improvement. He has been President of the Minority Human Resources Association and Vice President of a United Way organization, the Family Guidance Center. Abraham is a national member of SHRM and of the Downtown Dallas Rotary Club. He has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and over the years has held various HR Management positions with several Fortune 500 companies.

Currently Abraham is working as a Start Up and HR Consultant with his own company - ALPHA/OMEGA SYSTEMS, INC. based in Coppell, Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, providing new business start up consulting services, Internal HR department audit, Workforce Analysis, Regulatory Compliance Review and Assistance Executive / Management Level Sourcing, Management Developmental Training, Team Building and Succession / Strategic Planning, Employee and Labor Relations, Corporate Policy Design and Implementation.
