Emerging Markets Development Expert to Provide Insight During Timeshare and Fractional Industry Expo GNEX 2011

As part of an Emerging Markets session, Mr. Hutchinson will be giving valuable insights into the development and operation of shared ownership properties in China and what he sees in the near future for the region.

A member of MENSA, Mr. Hutchinson holds an honors degree in Economics and Social Statistics and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Travel and Tourism. His experience in vacation ownership stretches back nearly 30 years and he has extensive knowledge of hotel buy-to-let operations as well as fractional and renewable energy projects. He has advised government ministers in various countries on the development of vacation ownership and has been involved in several pioneering projects in countries as diverse as China, Thailand and India as well as in the UK and Europe.
