Foundation Financial Group named an Atlanta Pacesetter

Firm recognized as 15th fastest-growing company out of 8,600 nominees

2011-04-28
ATLANTA, GA, April 28, 2011 (Press-News.org) One of the nation's fastest-growing financial services companies earned recognition as one of Atlanta's fastest-growing companies earlier this month. Foundation Financial Group ranks as the 15th fastest-growing company out of 8,600 Atlanta companies that competed for the 2011 Pacesetter Awards. The financial services company also snagged the top spot in its core category, placing above every other financial services or mortgage lending business on the list. Foundation Financial Group companywide revenues grew 102 percent from 2008 to 2010.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle honored the top 50 fastest-growing Atlanta companies at a special ceremony produced and held at the Cobb Galleria Centre. Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal gave the keynote address and honored Atlanta businesses for their role in creating jobs and strengthening the state's economy.

"Foundation Financial Group would not have achieved this tremendous growth without the hard work and dedication of every employee, which made this achievement possible despite the most challenging economic period in recent history," CEO Mark W. Boyer said. "This award is a testament to the blue-collar work ethic our employees demonstrate every day as they help families achieve financial success."

In 2010, Foundation Financial Group added 100 employees and expanded into its 33rd state. The company also opened its sixth U.S. regional center in Rochester, N.Y., where it serves northeast customers.

Foundation Financial Group will give away two $15,000 grand prizes during its "Funding Your Finances" sweepstakes, which runs through Dec. 31. Eligible contestants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a state where Foundation Financial Group is licensed. To enter, visit http://foundation.promo.eprize.com/freedom/?affiliate_id=pr.
