MOSCOW, RUSSIA, September 13, 2010 (Press-News.org) Trimicid is a disinfectant developed for disinfection and sterilization of surgical and endoscopic instruments in as less as possible periods of time with usage of high level disinfection conditions. It helps to increase the whole efficiency of a surgical and endoscopic departments.
Trimicid is a transparent green colored liquid with specific smell. pH value of Trimicid is 5.4.
Potency: 12% of glutaric aldehyde and 16% of didodecyldimethylammonium chloride.
The disinfectant intended for usage in a medical and prophylactic institutions for disinfection and sterilization of medical tools, including surgical and dental instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes and component parts for them. As well as Trimicid is intended for high level conditions disinfection of endoscopes.
Trimicid makes antimicrobic action against bacterium, causative agents of tuberculosis, viruses of acute viral respiratory infections, herpes, poliomyelitis, all kinds of hepatitis, HIV, adenovirus, influenza, parainfluenza, H5N1; funguses.
Trimicid preserves its behavior after freezing and unfreezing.
Retention cycle of disinfectant is 3 years; of active solutions is 2 weeks.
The disinfectant doesn't cause any harm for treating objects; doesn't make corrosion; compatible with materials of treating instruments and doesn't cause any physical or functional changes of endoscopes or any instruments.
In addition for Trimicid was developed Trimicid Auto intended for instruments disinfection and sterilization in specialized automated plants. Trimicid Auto has the same behaviour as Trimicid.
